Taking the SAT? We can help

  • Learn how to beat the test, one question at a time.
  •
  • 1. Here's what the SAT will ask
  • 2. Here's how to solve it
  • 3. Here are some actual SAT questions for practice

NOTE: SAT prep is not being offered at this time.

  • If you are looking for SAT help, I am pleased to refer you to my friend and colleague Ken Krueger of Educational Guidance Services.

  • Master the material
Refresh the basic concepts, then focus on the more challenging SAT questions. This will make even the most difficult SAT questions something that you're used to.
  •
  • Build your stamina
The SAT is five hours long. Even the best and most prepared test takers lose focus halfway through.

Practice taking the entire SAT, plus extra sections, in one sitting. This will make the five-hour actual SAT easier than what you're used to.
  •
  • Fine tune your test-taking skills
Each wrong question was missed for a reason. Track these with the practice test and find the trend in your mistakes. This will provide a clear area of focus.

    - Misread the question?
  • - Made a simple mistake?
  • - Wasn't sure what to do? (tracked by specific question type)
  • - Fell for the trap?
  • - Lost focus halfway through? (a stamina issue)

Close these gaps BEFORE taking the actual test.
  •
  • Work in small groups
With never more than eight students per class, you get plenty of personalized attention.
