TestPrepAZ provides course instruction and tutoring for college admissions tests, with a focus on proactive learning through student interaction.
Our Mission Statement
We're here to help as many people as possible get the highest scores that they can, in a fun, comfortable environment. We're interested in building relationships and becoming a community resource.
What we do
We prepare you for the admissions tests with comprehensive, thorough study plans aimed at fixing your weak areas and maximizing the use of your time.
Our students typically jump as high as 40 percentile points, get accepted to their target schools, and can earn scholarships!

In addition to scoring in at least the 90th percentile of the tests that they teach, all TestPrepAZ instructors offer unparalleled professional experience, communication skills, and commitment to your success as a student.
Ron Woldoff
Ron Woldoff completed his dual MBA-MSBA degree from Arizona State University and San Diego State University, where he studied the culmination of business and technology.
Ron has since consulted for several Fortune-500 and local corporations, including Honeywell, American Express, APS, and Cox Communications. While solving complex business problems, Ron has always been able to effectively communicate his ideas to diverse audiences.
As a former Kaplan GMAT instructor and scuba-diving instructor, Ron has developed an effective, perceptive communication style for the classroom. Combined with his professional experience, Ron is able to easily convey complex topics with a personable approach and simple, easy-to-read notes and drawings.
Ron is the creator of the TestPrepAZ concept and author of the course material. He always tries to help people, in both personal and professional capacities. Ron is pictured here with his technical advisor.
Jaime Abromovitz
Jaime Abromovitz is the creative force behind the Dreamalings, a line of children's books and educational materials. Before that, she had been a leading high-tech entrepreneur and businesswoman for 16 years in the fields of software, security, consumer, and wireless technologies.
Jaime completed her dual MBA-MSBA degree from Thunderbird University in Glendale, Arizona. She has been working on both her company and various consulting projects in the corporate and government arenas.
As a former instructor for Princeton Review and Kaplan, and with her Cambridge teaching degree, Jaime brings her diverse skills and teaching methods to a unique and excellent classroom experience.
Lionel Hummel
In school, fellow students would always seek Lionel out for help in almost any subject, including languages, math, music, and science. As a willing tutor, Lionel always made sure that his peers fully mastered the material.
Lionel earned his engineering degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. At Motorola, he worked his way up to Principal Staff Engineer with his expertise in multiple areas.
Lionel has solved complex problems, brought profitable new ideas to reality, and helped create the documentation and training materials for his accomplishments. Lionel brings his warmth, personalized teaching experience, and mentoring approach to the TestPrepAZ classroom.
Lionel is also currently working on a group of innovative start-up businesses. His flagship firm, Hummel Automation, is a consulting and R&D company specializing in software, firmware, and system design.
